Oliver's Fine Cider The Next Big Thing Bittersweet Season 2020 2.8% (750ml) Bourbon Grape: ChardonnayA classic blend of bittersweet cider apples grown in traditional Herefordshire orchards Dabinett, Yarlington Mill, Sheeps Nose, Catley Red and Michelin, plus a number of old unknown varietals. Big ripe apple fruit on the nose, a very rich succulence on the palate, with fresh acidity and full mouthfeel. Notes of spice, vanilla and ripe apple skins. Fermented with wild yeasts.
